Our Mission

Beaches Care was founded by Tiani, a support worker who discovered a lack of connection within the disability support industry.

She saw the benefit of building real friendships with and among her clients, focusing on experiences that bring people together. Thus, Beaches Care was born.

Based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Beaches Care is dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals within the neurodivergent community. We guide people as they build strong relationships, integral life skills and memories that they’ll treasure forever.

We’re shaking up the traditional support worker role, embodying more of a friend.

About Tiani

Tiani founded Beaches Care after a chance friendship changed the course of her life.

While working as a lifeguard, she met a local whose positivity and outlook inspired her to begin working in disability support. He became her first client – and the reason she eventually built Beaches Care.

Today, Tiani leads with the same values that started it all: friendship, inclusion and genuine connection. She’s passionate about creating experiences that go beyond traditional support – from beach days and road trips to extraordinary moments that spark growth laughter and belonging.

Her passion is rooted in making sure everyone she supports feels seen, valued and included – not just as clients, but as mates.

Our Services

  • SIL

    Supported Independent Living (SIL) is implemented through creating independence plans, managing the flow of support workers, ensuring needs are met 24/7 & growing overall independence.

    Work Mentoring

    We help our participants to achieve their career aspirations & dreams jobs.

    Transport
